Amazing Throwback To My Days As a Roadie!
The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the house mix was FAR from crisp. It sounded like the high end drivers were blown or equalized out of the mix. It was almost painful! The mids and bottom end werr fantastic but even the warm-up "canned" music sounded lousy. I have to assume, in a Vegas theater, that the system was capable and this was either a horrendous sound engineer or a poor creative choice.
Nonetheless, the show performance and musicians' abilities were fantastic. John's stage presence, audience appreciation, vocals, stories, energy, and playing were fantastic. I wish the show would have been a few more hours long, as so many more CCR and solo hits could have been featured!
I spent $200 at the merchandise table but couldn't afford the autographed poster, baseball, and vinyl album.
The tickets did seem a little pricey but our seats were great and the show justified the price!
John Fogerty is a living legend!!
